With the expanded list of PHB feats now, I'm torn between the progression of an agile, rapier-wielding adventurer within the rogue and fighter classes exclusively, or working toward acquiring the duelist prestige class now available via the DMG. Assume the character is human, has a 16 dexterity, 14 intelligence, and intends to build a minimum of 5 skill ranks in tumble/balance/jump while he maxes out on bluffing, with hiding and move silently skills falling somewhere between. Other details are flexible at this point and will be worked out depending on feedback here.
What's your preference, and why?
