Dumb Luck (General)
You are extremely lucky, yet stupid.
Prerequisites: Int 9 or less
Benefit: You recieve a +2 luck bonus to AC and saves when flat-footed, under a fear affect, or have only 10% of your total HP remaining.
Normal: Stupid characters are just stupid, not lucky.

So what do ya'all think? This was inspired by a feat from Hong's page (it was called like indomitable or something), where the luck bonus applied only when the above conditions were *not* present. That made me think, "hey, shouldn't there be some 'dumn luck' thing, where the characer always makes it when they are hard out?" So I sayd to mayself I did, "Hey, I'll put it up on Enworld and see how many times it get's flamed!"

I don't know if it is balanced but I think it is awfully funny.

I would give this to an NPC.

Yeah, I agree it was stupid, see second to last line of original post: "have fun flaming!"

It was just intended to make a few poor hapless souls giggle madly, fall on the floor laughing, hit their head while doing so, then die of cerebral hemeraging. One poor hapless soul in particular, though that name will not be disclosed to the public for unknown reasons.
