[Dungeon #97] The new adventure line?

I was looking over Lifes Bazaar, the first in the new adventure line, and I have to say, I'm impressed.

I was just wondering if anyone else was planning on running it. It looks pretty slick.

Home? 21 posts from home? I had always assumed that all of those other posts you made were either from home or maybe combined with a handful of posts from work. What do you do for a living? Or perhaps I should ask, what is it that you get paid to do for a living? :D

Oh and, haven't seen the new one yet. :)

Yeah, I was wicked impressed with it. Looks like a lot of fun. So much, in fact, that I'm going to run it in the IC forum. :) My current RL group rotates DMs, so I won't be able to run it for them, but this should be a blast anyhow.

Best.

:D

All of my other posts where done from work.

I'm a mechanical designer. I work fast and my boss doesn't understand my job. Hence, a lot of free time to surf.

They give me a project and expect me to take a week to finish it. When it takes me a single day, I have the rest of the week to screw around. It gets rough sometimes though, but not often. Unfortunatly, I've been getting hit pretty hard the last few weeks.

Oh, and I'm up for a promotion! Whoo-hoo!

On the original topic. You should pick it up. It looks good. Lots of role-playing opportunities along with the combat.

Really? Man. I wish I wasn't in so many games. :(

I read through Life's Bazaar and I want to run it so bad I can taste it. I can't wait to see the rest of the modules in this set.

Yeap looks really good. However....

.. it seemed to break one of the cardinal rules of Dungeon Adventures guidelines which was the use of children.

My guess is that's one of those "do as I say, not as I do" type of issues — in that if they do it in house, they have a lot more control over it and it saves time in the editing process when they work with freelancers. At any rate, it's interesting.

Best,
