Dungeon and Dragon magazines not delivered

I think there was a thread on this subject a few days (weeks) ago and I could not find it. Anyways the situation is a little different since it pertains to Canada.

If I remember correctly, the last thread was on the fact the Paizo publishing had cancelled and refunded the subscription of some of you guys in Great Britain because of delivery problems. I am now wondering if a similar situation will happen in Canada...

I still have not received my April issue of Dragon and my local hobby store is selling the May issue. I emailed Paizo and have not gotten a reply.

Is there anybody from Canada or Quebec in particular who is experiencing the same problems? I would like to know if I'm alone in this.

This sounds like an individual problem. Both my Dragon and Dungeon mags (including the new every-month format May issue of Dungeon) have been showing up in Manitoba - sometimes a little late, but always showing up.

Now, a couple of years ago with WotC, my subscription had a few hiccups when every now and then a magazine just wouldn't show up. I had to contact the (great) people taking care of the subscriptions, and they rectified it immediately.

I do not live in Canada but I did have a skipped issue (#306) and I simply went to their website http://www.paizopublishing.com/dragon.shtml and found their phone number (760) 291-1532 and called them and they reshipped the missing issue.

I live in Canada, Edmonton AB. And I have Not had any delivery problems.

I experienced a "missed" issue. I called them and they resent it. No big problem.

The best thing you can do is call them live. E-mail is not really going to get you any quick answers.

My magazines seem to show up 2-3 weeks after people start talking about them on these boards, but they always show up.
