"Yes, or the kobolds, yes," Dagg agrees heartily. "Let's contact those fellows. Let's contact 'em good," he says with an evil grin, smacking his fist in his hand loudly.

"Yes, yes, my locacious friend, your vocabulary is especially the marvel in comparison with all other aspects of your enfeebled mental capacities. However, for now we--hello! What's this!? One smaller than I. A Dwarf-cousin and Halfling-kin all rolled into one." He gives Dair a gentle poke on the shoulder. Over his own shoulder, to Dagg, Wiliby says, "Oh, quite real."

Dagg rests a hand on Wiliby's shoulder and looks him square in the eye. "Thank you," he says, almost choking up, "thank you. That means a lot to me."

"However, for now we--hello! What's this!? One smaller than I. A Dwarf-cousin and Halfling-kin all rolled into one." He gives Dair a gentle poke on the shoulder. Over his own shoulder, to Dagg, Wiliby says, "Oh, quite real."

"What, you heard it too?" Dagg says, surprised. "I thought I was the only one who could hear those voi- OH! Hello, little one!" He gives the halfling a friendly pat on the head. "Say, do you have any tracking skill? Or information? We could use a little of both."

Dair smiles at the dwarf, Delghar, although he scrunches his head down to avoid being patted by the half-orc. "I can't track as well as a deeprunner, but I can keep my nose from getting in trouble in the mines."

Wiliby swoops an arm back around toward Delghar and says, "And what of brave Delghar Fellhammer's earlier query? What offers the village to us if we remove this Ogre, Logbrag? This mystery becomes deeper and deeper as the quandries multiply!"

Dagg leans over to Delghar. "So... Do you track? Are you a tracker? Have you any tracking skill, good sir Dwarf? 'Trackest thou thine enemies, so that they may be smitten', as the holy writ says? Have you tracked in the past? Engaged in any trackination, of sorts, my hearty friend? Is tracknitude counted amongst those fields in which you have some entrainment?"

He whispers back to Wiliby and confides, "Krungo the Wisened taught me some good wordination when I was but a youngeningling...", he says with a huge wink.
Delghars frown seems to deepen the more Dagg continues to talk If I tell the dratted fool, he's an idiot, it'll only encourage further conversation speaking thru clenched teeth "No Dagg I don't track"

Seeing the deep halfling's smile, Delghar gives an approving nod.

Noticing the Halfling attempt to evade the half orcs head pat, Delghar can't help but smile slightly and roll his eyes at Dair.

Hearing Wilbys nasal enquiry to the locals, Delghar turns his full attention to their response.

OOC:An Elvin voice while sounding pleasant to most other races is not the case with this dwarf, as he finds the high pitched elvin voice nasal to his ears. So any voice which isn't a deep rough barritone (ie dwarven voices) is nasal.

"Ah, I see. Your nose is a little unrulious, eh? Pebbles says his tail sometimes gets the bestest of him. Sort of like my hair. Once had my hand enstuckened in there for a couple of days. Nasty business, that. Do you like figs?" He gazes intently at the halfling.

"Ah, more's the pity, then. Trackage would be most welcome, it seems. Either that or someone who can enfind the ogre, perhaps through the enreadment and interpretage of subtle signs and clues left by said ogre, vis a vis his walkingness through sand, grass, gravel, topsoil, peat, loam, mud, streams, riverbeds, swamps, or boardwalks. That reminds me, do you like figs?"
