They can't say the hour the project will go live? You will think they will announce the time will go live since the first 48 of most KS project are critical.

more and more this seems like a group of friends with an idea and lots less like a company of professionals.

Don't like the team, the project, the direction? Just ignore it.
I think they've got a really good idea, and from what I've seen I think that with the funding and time they can do it. What I don't understand is in this, a very niche hobby, people are falling over themselves to lambast this with doom and gloom. They don't owe YOU anything. It's Wizards that pulled the plug on Dungeonscape, not them.
As for info, the Kickstarter page has plenty of info... and it's pretty much what they've been saying all along. A multi faceted program that will cover everything from characters to campaign and adventure management. They mention they'll be using a PRD ruleset. Is that something having to do with the OGL?

Ah, PRD is the Pathfinder Reference Document, I see.
