Dwarves +2 all save or +2 will saves?

One of the corrections that I expected out of the MM errata which wasn't there was to change the MM Dwarves +2 to Will saves vs. spells and spell-like effects to +2 to all saves vs. spells and spell-like effects. But it wasn't. So did they just forget? Is the PHB wrong?

Given how tough dwarves are already I'm tempted to go with the MM. That +2 to all spell saves is pretty wicked.

Thoughts?
