Hello my minions,
I'll allow for a dragonshard spelbook to be integrated into the forearm of the WF wizard, and If you want a construct familiar, be my guest. I vagely recall that particular article being published on the WotC website aeons ago. Looks cool, feels like it fits the party like a glove, so I'll allow it. The wizard can use his starting money to buy extra spells.
A spelshard hlds the equivalent of 20 pages and is the size of a human fist, you'll be able to install two in each forearm, but you'll be unable to use'em if you're wearing bracers. You can take of the bracers when you need the shards, but should you be attacked at the tim when you're prepping spells you'll not be wearing your bracers. Also, if you take a critical hit or go below 0 Hp they might get damaged.
Getting characters ready after the weekend is fine. I'm in the process of switching back to daytime living after a week of nightshifts so my brain feel a bit like it's made from porridge at the moment.

Looks like the characters are shaping up. I'm planning to start the prelude Monday or Tuesday. Don't panic if your character isn't finished yet, it won't matter for a couple of days (weeks), I just need a name and description.

obviously the WF aren't at -5 HP at the moment, and the kalashtar are at full HP and PP, but that will change. Feel free to jump in at any time, but be aware, even hough this is a prelude it doesn't make you immortal.
