ECL for Divine Rank 0?

Kinda kicking around an idea for an all-demigod kinda thing.

Divine rank 0 [with all the attendant goodness], Native Outsider type, and they'd use the deity default ability score array --- 35, 28, 25, 24, 24, 24.

Any thought as to what sorta ECL something like that would entail?

The Paragon template is somewhat similar, at CR +15. you could start there, assuming LA is similar to CR increase.

EDIT: "Similar" meaning power level... A Divine Rank 0 deity is a quasideity, and they keep their stats, IMHO.
EDIT2: Gah, i mean they keep their mortal stats. A Divine Rank 1+ deity is demigod and above, which probably have 20 HD of Outsider + 30-40 class levels and the stats array you mention.

Over on the Wizards boards, in the Epic one, I've seen it posted at +6 LA. IIRC, Jaerom Darkwind (sp?) stated that, & mentioned a thread where it was generally agreed upon on that that figure was accurate. However, that was without the standard deity starting ability scores that you listed.

Treating DvR 0 as a template should put it into perspective a bit.

Was that LA +6 taking into account (or not) the typical 20 - 40 class levels associated with a deitific being? If not, you may want to up the LA a bit to take that into account. Then up it another notch or two due to the starting array.

No, that +6 was only taking into account the benefits of DvR 0. No HD of any kind, no ability bonuses (or starting array) of any kind.

And remember, DvR 0 doesn't get as much stuff as DvR 1+; no divine bonus to attacks/saves/whatever, no salient divine abilities, etc.

Technically, Divine Rank 0 is LA +0. Look at the 20th level Demigods (Rank 0) in the book. They actually have a CR listed. It's 20.

Except we aren't talking about a normal character with class levels. We're talking about a normal character with class levels plus a Divine Rank of 0. So the class levels give us a CR of 20, and the Divine Rank 0 apparently doesn't up the CR any. It doesn't follow that the LA is 0, unless the character were described as ECL 20, or LA +0.
