ECL question

Anyone have any idea what the ECL of a were-tiger would be? I have nerfed it a bit, so that when changed into were-tiger form, if using his natural attacks (bite, 2 claws, pounce, and rake), he works exactly as the listed were-tiger in the MM. This essential makes the benifits of this class +12 STR, +4 dex and DR silver/15 when using his non-natural weapons.

I was thinking an ECL 3 would be mininum, but it might call for something a bit higher, the guy is pretty powerful. According to the MM it only adds 1 to the CR of the monster, which is pretty dumb IMO. Anyone know what the official ECL would be?

+4, same as the werebear (they are about as powerful) and the charachter must be at least 6th lvl (so they don't get a giant hp boost).

That might not be right, I'm using the DMG & its ECLs are a bit low.

I use ECL +4... at least until something official comes out.
