ECLs anywhere?

I have a 2-part question: i) Can anyone tell me what the 'official' ECLs are for titans and for storm giants? and ii) Does anyone with a kind heart and some inside info happen to know where the 'offical' ECLs for all MM creatures might be posted (the info doesn't need to be posted at an official site...)??

In the Core Rules, there are not any official ECLs for those creatures.

The closest you may get was a recent Dragon magazine, which may or may not have had listings for those creatures, and was not "official" either (being a tentative plan prior to release of the WOTC monster-PC book).

Hmm... Okay. I was under the impression (I thought I read it somewhere recently) that a list of official ECLs was given in fairly a recent release -- Book of Challenges, or something...?

Nope, the list was in a Dragon magazine. Basically, they were still trying to figure them out so the posted all of them with guesses and asked for people to write back their opinions on how it worked in their game.

And the Official ECLs for all monster races will be in a book called Savage Species (by WotC) or so says the ELH.
