I used my previous rolls for the AoO just seemed easiest and fastest way of doing it. Ill post my action action now.

Yup! It'll change as of the start of your turn. Fire lets you add 1d8 of fire damage to your attacks. Fluff as you would like.

This is actually good, because an earth elemental is not resistant to fire damage.

It isn't but I bet its resistant to attacks at below 10, out right immune I would say.
