1d12 and 1d20, respectively.

The Enlarge spell does not change the targets size category since it only increases your size by 50% and does not double it.

If a Monk were to somehow become enlarged (not through the Enlarge spell, however :rolleyes: ) you can look at S&F, which has a chart for the damage done by bigger (and smaller) than usual Monks.

[Edit: Make more sense]

Read the spell there are several suggestions as to what makes it useful but to name one - enlargement bonus to Strength which stack with everything (except enlargement bonuses) is nothing to sneeze at for a 1st level spell.

enlarge is a minor strength spell that stacks with almost EVERYTHING. hence it rules.

get yourself and Ioun Stone of Spell Storing and a cleric to cast the 5th level Cleric/Strength spell Righteous Might. that will up your size category.

according to Sword and Fist, a large monk does 2d8 and then 2d10 at the higher levels. you need to make yourself Colassal to do 4d10!!! :D

If your size increases (through righeous might, for example):
1d12 -> 2d8
1d20 -> 4d6 (not listed, but see the D&D FAQ re: monks).
