Enworld problems?

Hey all, I've been having trouble accessing ENWorld the last few days, so figured I'd throw a post in here in case it happens again so those I'm gaming with know what's going on.
Anybody else been having similar problems?

Enworld was hacked yesterday and was down all day. Besides for that, the my connection has been very slow as of late (last 2 - 3 weeks) so who knows what's been going on.

The slow site response has been ongoing for some time, and doesn't look to be resolved until EN World 2 is launched. Yesterday's issues were something else, I believe.

ENWorld has been hacked a few times according to the announcement on the front page. Which leads me to believe that Morris is hiding forgotten and dangerous lore from cyber-ninjas, since why else would his site be targeted more often than not? Imagine what dark secrets may lie in the depths of these threads...

I remember seeing a huge countdown thingy at the top of the page about ENWorld 2 a month ago or so -- is it still not active?

For some reason, I had thought the different smilies available were the 'upgrade' to ENW2... I'm glad to see that I was wrong....

Basically Michael, who was doing the re-design, got hit with a sudden blast of work, and they found a bunch of bugs at the same time.

So they turned off the countdown.

No, they were cybervikings who went on rampage.
