Epic Feat - Improved Manyshot Wonkiness?

One of the prerequisites for the Improved Manyshot epic feat is a +21 BAB, but the ELH specifically stats that your "Base Attack Bonues", per se, does not increase beyond level 20. How are you supposed to get a +21 BAB to qualify for the feat?

There is actually a different bit of wonkiness in the Improved Manyshot feat, though. as printed, it doesn't actually give any extra benefit that I can tell compared to the regular Manyshot feat. it still states that it is based on BAB, which means that it still is limited to a total of 4 attacks. At first, I figured that maybe it was meant to be BAB plus EAB, but at super high levels, that might be relatively unbalancing, when one can potentially fire 10 or 20 or nigh infinity arrows in one standard action. so personally, until it gets errata'd, I think I will make it based on BAB + EAB, but with a limit, maybe 6 or 8 arrows. of course, this is assuming that I read both feats correctly. Did I miss something here?

By golly, AGGEMAM! You are right. I totally missed that in the regular Manyshot listing. thank you a great deal, because this question had been bothering me. Of course, I am not sure that the -2 makes that much of a difference (unless one applies another -2 with each additional arrow, as I think one of the book's designers stated online somewhere).

Yes, it's a cumulative -2 penalty for each additional attack, that means if you make 5 attacks this way, all your attacks are at -10 penalty to attack, while you may not consider this to be a vast disadvantage remember that epic monsters have epic ACs just as you have epic BAB (or EAB).
