epic feats you'd like to see

After watching a Bruce Lee movie, I thought up a feat I would like to see in the epic level book

Aura of the True Warrior
Preq: BAB +21 or higher

Benefits: Your reputation and skill as a warrior precedes you. Anytime you face more than one foe in melee, only one opponent may attack you each round. The first person to make a melee attack on you is immune to that effect. That opponent can not change unless the opponent is slain or surrenders. Once the first opponent is slain, a new opponent is selected by the DM, after a 1 round delay. All other foes must remain at least 20 feet away from you and can only watch as you and the opponent duel. This affects all intelligent creatures of up to 6 HD automatically (no save) Creatures with 7 HD or more may make a will save with a DC equal to your BAB. This is a mind affectind extraordinary ability.

In other words, you can be swarmed by one hundred foes, but they can't gang up on you, but can only fight you one at a time hollywood style.

Dodge Supporting Fire

Pre-requisites: Epic Level, Dodge, Mobility, Dex 13+

When under attack from a group of enemies, you gain a +8 dodge bonus to AC against all ranged attacks except those made by the highest-level member of the group.

This allows you to ignore arrows, bolts, bullets, etc. from the grunts so that you can focus on taking out the main villain.

I don't think that the one-person-at-a-time thing should apply directly... Movies with this kind of fighting often have two or more people attack the "hero" character, but the attackers often are struck down at the same time...

Maybe you could combine a sort of fear-aura type ability (keeping the attackers away) with a gaze that makes them ignore your fear aura. You look at one opponent and they stop being affected by your fear aura, and they come to attack you. You drop that attacker and then go for the next... actually if you were to take a prestige class with a fear aura you might be able to hook yourself up to do this without having to take a feat.

Also the save DC should be based on your highest attribute or something, instead of BAB. BAB is never used to set a saving throw (at least in nothing I've seen).

I do think there needs to be more ways to deal with multiple ranged attackers than carrying around a tower shield all the time, or getting some other kind of cover...

Maybe a slightly more interesting way of doing this would be to allow the player to increase his AC bonus for having cover to the next level. For instance, a person with "epic feat" gains 90% cover from a towershield instead of the usual 50%... of course that would still need some modifying.

And the words "highest level" or "highest CR" will never appear in a feat... and the feat would never target a "group."

Actually... re-thinking my hypothesis... if you wanted to craft an epic leve feat for dealing with mass-ranged bombardments, the appropriate degree would be to have a feat that allows you to deflect arrows more readily than the usual feat does. Maybe allow you to deflect a number of arrows per round equal to your dexterity bonus, or some derived number. You would still need to make a reflex save to do it, each time, but it could be an interesting feat for a monk to pick up at higher levels.
