Even Newer(er) Tavern Thread: The Hanged Man

OOC: Malakai, 6th level Fire Elementalist Sorcerer. Like FourMonos, I have two other characters in adventures, so take the youngin's/adventure starved first and hopefully someone can pick up us stragglers in another adventure soon.

OOC: I've submitted an adventure for character levels 6-8. Since my time is somewhat limited I'll just be running an adaptation of a Dungeon adventure.

Would my necromancer level 9 be too much? I could forfeit using his summons so he is weaker.

A Deva, whose skin is pearly white, walks into the bar. Black streaks mark he face, running down her eyes until past her neck, where it is hidden by chainmail and a fancy looking shirt beneath that. It glows with reds and golds and purples, but the glow doesn't come from a magical origin, just excellent craftsmanship.

"Ah...The Hanged Man. I've been here before." she mutters. "At least, I think so...can never tell nowadays."
"My name is Emsy!" she announces to the tavern. "And I came here seeking justice and vengeance for the world."

OOC: This is my Level 1 Deva Bard, whose concept I've been wanting to do for a long long time. She only takes MC-feats. Yeah...Emsy isn't a very subtle name...

OOC: Would Emsy be interested in a low level adventure, Squash Those Bugs? It just started, and we're short a healer. The group has already departed in a boat, but with a little retconning, Emsy could have left with the others.

OOC: Of course! How could I say no?! I'm in, thank you so much for the invite.

After Emsy introduces herself, the bartender waves her over to him.

"Glad to have you here, missy. Now, I wouldn't want to chase away a new customer, but there was a group of kobolds in here a few minutes ago looking for monster hunters or somesuch. If that counts as 'justice', then you might want to hurry to the docks and look for them kobolds before they leave."

"Then it shall be so. Might I ask for directions to the docks?" asks Emsy.

As soon as the bartender finishes giving directions, Emsy heads out, eager to set out on a new journey.

A young man steps into the tavern, wearing a black heavy cloak. He walks over to the bar and sat down in one corner. Taking out some coins from within his cloak, he placed them on the bartop.
"Get me something to drink. Not too strong, please. Thank you."

He paused for a moment before continuing, "Heard of anything about Marley, or of beings bathe in blue fire or strange spiral tattoos that appears on people out of nowhere?"

"And of course, any jobs for one with quick hands and even quicker fingers?"

OOC: And hello everyone. Long time no see to some. Hopefully there's an adventure I could join as well as getting this character approved.
