Everyone have the new Dragon?

Dungeon yes, Dragon not yet.
As a subscriber, I'm slowly getting used to receiving my Dungeon and Dragon issues about 2 weeks after they hit the FLGS. I guess the annoyance factor is due to two reasons:
1) It's sitting right there in front of me on the shelf at the FLGS but if I buy it I'll be paying for it twice. It's like putting a bowl of ice cream and strawberries in front of a child - at the start of the meal, and then telling him he can't have any till after dinner - tomorrow's dinner.
2) It doesn't seem to work this way for other magazines, such as Analog - they seem to arrive within a couple days of store-time, sometimes earlier, sometimes later. What are they doing differently?

Still no Dragon here. The reorganization has me all interested in Dungeon again, though. Maybe if I subscribe to Dungeon right now, I'll get the latest before they're done shipping ;)

I believe it was said earlier in this thread, but...

I believe FLGSes get their Dragons and Dungeons through game distributors. That's why they get them ahead of time.

You generally won't see the magazines in 'mass-market' book stores like Barnes and Noble, which get their copies through regular magazine distribution channels, until after the subscriptions come.

I just wanted to give you all some insight into what we have done and what we are continuing to do in order to fix this situation.

Thanks, Keith. BTW, I really like the new Dragon format.

I sent them an email letting them know I'm done subscribing to Dragon. This is lame and bad business. And Pazio keeps giving me the run around about this. Okay since they are giving me the run around, I'm giving them the boot. No more money from blindrage.

This comes fairly close to exemplifying how I feel about the continual tardiness of Dragon and Dungeon magazines. As a subscriber I expect to receive my issues earlier (or at least near the same time) than the FLGS. Unfortunately, the last 4 months of issues have all arrived (current issue is yet to arrive) on average of more than 2 weeks after I see the issue at the FLGS. This is not how I expect to be treated as a subscriber.

I issue of continually late issues, the recent lowering of subscription prices with no consideration of current subscribers, and the general excuse making and empty promises from Paizo (we were told 2-3 months ago that the problem with late issues was resolved) has me on the verge of canceling my subscription.

Kieth, I hope you straighten things out soon, because frankly Paizo has nearly run out of excuses in my book.

Well - some of you got it from the FLGS.

Rather than complain about the late delivery (not saying that isn't complaint worthy, but I think we got the point)...

What's the news on the new Dragon?

I got to admit, I'm in the opposite camp. I find little reason to buy Dragon and precious little within it to cause me to buy it.

So I rarely do.

Dungeon, on the other hand, was always a great deal and I bought it faithfully and still do. With moving the DM stuff out of Dragon andintio Dungeon, I couldn't be more happy. The few articles of interest to me in Dragon are now where I want em. :)

So - what's the word on Dragon Unleashed?
