Ok, the concept is to make a barbarian capable of dealing an obscene amount of damage with a massive sword. Start with a Goliath with the Major Titan Bloodline and a base STR of 18. Give him 9 levels of barbarian and 3 of bloodline. Goliaths get a +4 STR and the bloodline will give another +1, plus dump your ability increase into STR at 4, 8 and 12 for a total of 26.
For a weapon use the Mercurial Greatsword (2d8 damage, x3 crit). Goliaths are able to use oversized weapons. At 12th character level, so are those with a Major Titan Bloodline. Also give him the feat Monkey Grip. This allows you to use a Colossal Mercurial Greatsword (6d8 damage, x3 crit). Using this two handed, with this characters strength bonuses, gives 6d8+12 damage. Also give him weapon specialization and greater weapon specialization, making it 6d8+16 (6d8+18 when raging). And that with a +19 to hit (+21 while raging). And assuming the weapon is utterly non-magical.
