Exalted d20 conversions out there?

So I like the concepts in Exalted, but would rather play it in d20 terms. I just don't care for the Storyteller system and all of my players are d20 only. Anyone heard of any conversions online using True 20, Spycraft 2.0, M&M, or good old 3.5 D&D?

I'd like to find a netbook with all the various charms statted up almost like Tome of Battle does manuevers and stances. I can convert the Exalts into templates on my own, but there are a lot of charms and I'd rather not reinvent the wheel if someone has already done this.

Actually, the Eclipse book (that mention elsewhere) has an alternate magic system more accurately described as "Magic Wu Martial Arts". It uses tiered maneuver trees, IIRC. I'll have to pull it out when I get home, though I'm 98% certain that this would easily mirror Exalted's charms in d20.

You mean the Eclipse caste sourcebook that came out for first edition Exalted? Is that even in print anymore? Or is this a different book altogether?

Oh, sorry. . . this Eclipse is a POD d20 point-buy character creation system that I stumbled across on Lulu last pay period. I'm still reading it at home. Scroll down a bit, I started a thread discussing it in this forum. I'm adding to the thread in question as I read more from the product.

Okay, now that I'm home, I've discovered that Eclipse has a couple of options that will help you mimic Exalted in d20:

First, it has a martial arts system (which I missed on my first read-through). It's short and functional, though not especially spectacular. For the most part, it's a list of feat-like powers focused on martial combat. That said, it would make a nice foundation for an Exalted d20 conversion. Which bring me to. . .

Channeling is the tier-based power system that I was thinking of in my first post. This is much more 'Wahooo!' territory, with 'trees' of powers that remind one of Exalted mechanicaly, and powers such as "Shadow Casting" (that lets you sacrifice a hit point and 100 XP to create a double of yourself out of shadows -- yes, it may become incorporeal).

The Mystic Artist system (also tier-based) is an entire power system based around craftwork, with powers that would feasibly allow a PC to recreate something like the portrait of Dorian Gray. This would seem to model the wonders of the First Age Cathedrals (and the rediscovered magics that fueled them) very well.

Finally, some of the powers from the Path of the Dragon system seem that they would work well for (suprise, surprise) Terrestrial Exalted. The other Exalted (i.e., Exalted other than Solar and Terrestrial) I don't know so well.
