Expert Tactician

You gain one extra melee attack against one foe who is within melee reach and denied a Dexterity bonus against your melee attacks for any reason.

So, my question about this is, with a Ring of Blinking, the Blinking spell says:

You strike as an invisible creature, (+2 attack), denying your target and Dexterity Bonus to AC.

I have a 8th level rogue who gets 2 attacks in a round (BAB 6/1). Now, if I am blinking and am in melee with 1 other creature, do I get 3 attacks at BAB 6/6/1? This seems pretty powerful.

Also, is their an errated version of the Song and Silence, or is the SaS version the most recent?

Thank you

Yeah, that's about right. Expert Tactician is a nice little feat. The fact your augmenting it with a 30k gp item doesn't make it over-powered or broken, though.

And the version that is in the SaS is the most recent and correct version.

I am fairly certain that its at your highest bonus. Originally the feat provided a Partial Action, like Haste. Haste attacks are always at your highest attack bonus.

Also, in case you didn't notice, you also are getting SA on all attacks while blinking. A Ring of Blinking is a Rogue's best friend.

yep noticed that, thats why I bought it :)

thanks for your help

Lucky bastards. IOC, I couldn't even buy masterwork thieves tools (and that was when the others already had masterwork, or even magic IIRC, weapons).

If a DM did that, I don't know what I would do. Cause party strife (no DM likes that).. or find a new group.

I also had one other question. If my charecter was hasted and blinking... would I get : Full round action, Expert Tactician action, and a hasted action?

now to save up for that +3 speed enhancement from the Cleric splat book to be hasted all the time, at least until its errated. :)

Well, it was clarified in a Sage Reply to work as Boots of Speed, but it never made it into the FAQ, which is odd, and the errata for Defenders of the Faith hasn't been released yet. I don't know how many people use that clarification besides myself.
