Spoilers Falllout season 2 discussion

I'm glad they didn't cut Norm's plot line, I was wondering how he'd get out, I think people would have been complaining if he'd been cut, I'm also glad the only kind member of the group survived. I was sad thinking she'd been killed so was happy to see her alive.

She also took down a radioactive with a screwdriver.

Nods to the game along with the pool que as well different scene.

A lot of Season 2 felt like: “Stay tuned for next season! In the meantime, have some Deathclaws!”

I want to like Norm and was hoping he’d uncover more clues about FEV, but at this point I wouldn’t miss him much if he were written off the show.

Just took advantage of a 7-day free trial so I could binge this season. My 17 yo daughter and I both enjoyed it. Yeah, sure, there was a lot of setup for another season, but it was still entertaining.

One thing that really gets me about the Fallout franchise as a whole is how much technology still works after 200 years of collecting dust. The bit where my suspension of disbelief really struggled was with the giant wind turbines at Area 51. They've been buried under the sand for 200 years and everything still works perfectly? And they were all so conveniently arranged to blow the sand dune off the hangar.

Also, I guess that wasn't the Prydwen that Maximus' BoS faction had. I feel like we all thought it was in season 1, but having recently replayed Fallout 4, when you ask about the Prydwen, one of the BoS guys (can't remember if it's Elder Maxson or someone else) says it's not the only airship. There are other, smaller ones out west. We just saw four of them this season. I bet we'll see the Prydwen next season, and it will dwarf those other ones.

My impression was that this was their intended function - that the facility had been deliberately buried, and these were fans intended to unbury it at some future, post-apocalyptic date. So, actually a poor example - this was tech specifically built to withstand the test of both time and nuclear war, and then only intended to function a single time once revived.

Honestly, I don't think the Fallout universe is one in which actual wind turbines ever got a lot of traction. Not really their style.
