Here is a new race I'm designing for my fantasy earth campaign. Think of a Puss-in-Boots type race from folklore (or similar to the one in the Shrek movies). Stereotypes are encouraged, but I want to make it balanced. And, yeah, it's intended to be a little silly.
What I'd like is some feedback - especially regarding the nine lives power. Is it reasonable? If not, do you have any suggestions? Finally, any suggestions for racial feats?

Racial Traits
Ability Scores: +2 Dexterity, +2 Wisdom
Size: Small
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Low-light
Languages: Common, choice of one other
Skill Bonuses: +2 Acrobatics, +2 Perception
Cat Naps: Due to taking quick naps at other times of day, you do not need to sleep as long as other races during an extended rest. You need to only spend 4 hours sleeping to gain the same benefits other races gain from taking a 6-hour extended rest.
Falling Grace: You may use the Acrobatics skill to reduce falling damage, even if you are not trained in the skill.
Nine Lives: You can use nine lives as an at-will power.
Nine Lives - Felinigeni Racial Power
At-Will
No Action, Personal
Effect: Whenever you fail your third death saving throw or otherwise suffer an effect that would cause your death due to hit point damage, instead of dying, you are stabilized, as per the rules for First Aid.
You remain unconscious for 8 hours. Furthermore, you suffer a -1 penalty to all attack rolls, skill checks, saving throws and ability checks until you reach three milestones.
You may use this ability a maximum of eight times in the character’s life.
