Fastest way to level 9 spells?

A level 15 druid/blighter can cast level 9 spells if I didn't screw up. Is there any way to cast them sooner?

Cleric 5/ur-priest 9 is another combo, provided the cleric has access to Knowledge and Trickery domains (for Knowledge (the planes) and Bluff ranks) and Wisdom 28 (for bonus 9th level spells). I can't think of any other combinations

I think a Divine Crusader (Complete Divine) with Charisma 28 can also cast 9th level spells at 9th level (single cleric domain only). Need to check the entry requirements to work out lowest character level, though.

Needs a +7 BAB to get into the PrC, so 16th is the earliest. Sammael's Clr/Ur-priest is the fastest one I can think of too.

Which reminds me... a 1st level wizard only has a 40% chance to fail, while reading a wish scroll...

A 12th level rogue with 20 CHA, 13 ranks of use magic device, the magical aptitude feat, skill focus(UMD), 5 ranks of spellcraft, and the special ability that lets him take 10 even under stress (5+15+2+3+2) will let the rogue use 9th level spells from a scroll with NO chance of mishap. (DC 37). VOILA!

Actually, that's an 80% chance of failure; the 1st level wizard has to make a roll of 17 to successfully cast the thing. (Caster level check with a DC of caster level of scroll +1 = DC 18.)
