Tough one there, Mark.

I'd have to agree with you on the Monty Python movies.
Further, I'll add all Kevin Smith movies, very likely that will include Jersey Girl in the near future.
I've always been partial to Hot Shots: Part Deux...
Taxi and Taxi 2 by Luc Besson were a hoot.
The unforgettable Ghostbusters tops Stripes, in my opinion.

There's more, but they'll come to me later.

I would have to agree with RR and add the Kevin Smith movies. My personal favorite is Mallrats, though the first 15 minutes of Chasing Amy is probably the funniest scene of them all. :)

Major League is another classic that must be listed. :)

My top 3:

Blazing Saddles - well, really anything by Mel Brooks, exept Men in Tights.

I'm gonna get you Sucka - I have never laughed so much in my life.

The third is TOP SECRET. If I told you, I'd have to kill you.

Some of mine are already listed but I will go ahead and list them again so they can get some more votes:

Blazing Saddles - You got to love Mel Brooks

Top Secret - My guilty little pleasure.

Bad Santa - The second funniest movie of 2003.

Dumb & Dumber - Jim Carey & Jeff Daniels are great together.

Bruce Almighty - The first funniest movie of 2003.

Midnight Madness - Funny, campy 1980 movie.

PCU - My all time favorite comedy. I still laugh at this movie.

Let's see. Here are the few I can think of:

Top Secret
Ghostbusters
Blues Brothers
Kevin Smith Movies (Clerks being my favorite)
Major League
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Doctor Detroit
Stripes
Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure
My Blue Heaven
Good Morning Vietnam
Back to the Future I, II and III

I think that covers my favorite comedy movies. More than I expected to be honest.

You guys covered a bunch, ones I did not see listed:

Shallow Hal--as if you had to ask ;)
Something about Mary
The Sweetest Thing-unrated version, I still crack up at parts in this movie.
American Pie's and Wedding
D&D Movie

I am sure I missed a buttload.
