Favorite scenes from cartoons? [spoilers]

Well there's tons. But heres some I always quote

"You can't fight evil with a macaroni duck!" --Tick.

Tick had LOTS of inspirational speeches. A Must watch.

"That's not Santa, that's a giant chicken, he'll peck my eyes out" -- some kid in reference to Chicken Boo, the most underrated cartoon character ever.

"Check out Dexter Douglas, nerd computer ace, went surfing on the internet and got zapped to cyber space, he turned into the Freakzoid he's strong and super quick, he drives the villians crazy, cuz he's a lunatic" -- Freakazoid theme of course.

Another totally fun, goofy and quotable cartoon.

Jubilee "How did you do THAT?"
Gambit "Wit' style petit, wit' style"
--X-Men, superheroes done right, before the movies, and with more confusing comic book continuity :D

The entire run of Gargoyles.

Numerous episodes of GI Joe, Transformers and of course, South Park.

Any Wile E Coyote cartoon where he says Super Genius. And any Calamity Coyote cartoons, as Calamity is the 2nd most underrated cartoon character of all time.

And the episode of the Drawn Together where Captain Hero says Princess Clara is soooo gullible she'll believe anything. Followed by a scene of her believing something I cant talk about here.

There's an Animaniac's that it's Wakko's birthday. Chairman Plotz hires a clown to celebrate his birthday, knowing full well that Wakko hates clowns. The rest of the short deals with how horribly Wakko deals with his hatred as he pummels, blows up, and anvils the clown repeatedly.

Another Animaniacs with a rip off Mary Poppins. She's hired to take care of them. Naturally, the decide to beat her, but they can't do it because she's so nice. So, they hire Slappy the Squirrel who has no qualms about hurting anyone (her abuse of Roger and Ebert was classic) and blows Poppins up.

There are so many Animaniacs... When the hell are they going to release a DVD collection?!

Serious moments: The end of Cowboy Bebop. Most of the last two episodes acually, but mainly "Bang."

Not so serious moments: The entirety of Duck Amuck, and the Duck Dodgers cartoons. 'Disentigration proof vest'-classic!

So, so many. Animaniacs, classic Looney Tunes...

The episodes of 'World's Finest' (usually repackaged as 'The Batman Superman Movie'). The Joker has just gone down in a firey plane crash. Batman is swinging away, rescuing Harley.

Harley (looking after the plane): (Mournfully) Puddin'!
Batman: (Under his breath) Probably.

JLU
Batman's solo in 'This Little Piggy'
In 'For the Man Who Has Everything', Superman looking to his 'son' and saying 'I don't think.. you're real'.

I really like the scene in Samurai Jack when he returns to his homeand is thinking back to his childhood - the young Jack is witness to a Samurai pushing baby cart across the bridge who is attacked by and defeats some ninja's (that was a cool reference)

Oh the are-they-gonna-do-it? 'near kiss' on Bob the Builder (wherein Bob and Wendy go Linedancing):D

Theres also the quote from (um cartoon about Crocodiles living next to a hotel in the Australian Outback - whats that called?)
Anyway:
"Good Decisions come from experience, and experience, my dear Axle, comes from bad decision"

Now I have to wonder as to the origin, as one of my favorite cartoon moments is a similar exchange between Pinky and The Brain.

Brain: You know Pinky, this whole problem could have been avoided by using good judgement.

Pinky: Where does good judgement come from Brain?

Brain: Experience.

Pinky: Where does experience come from then?

Brain: Bad judgement.

Some of my favorites (you'll notice some familiar themes), in a more-or-less ascending order of awesomeness:

Samurai Jack: Samurai vs. Samurai - Jack shows a loudmouth calling himself "The Samurai" what it means to be a real warrior, by taking apart an army of robots with just a stick.

Samurai Jack: The Princess and the Bounty Hunters - Six (I think) of that galaxy's baddest bounty hunters team up against Jack and set a trap for him. Jack turns the tables on them in literally the span of a heartbeat.

Justice League Unlimited, season premiere - Green Arrow faces off against the nuclear behemoth that took apart Green Lantern, Captain Atom, and Supergirl.

Dragon Ball Z - Buu is unstoppable. The heroes have thrown everything at him, and failed. Vegeta has one last trick left: a suicide attack. For the first time in his life, Vegeta is doing something selfless, motivated not by anger or jealousy or pride, but by concern for his loved ones.

Samurai Jack, premiere: Young Jack waves good-bye to his mother, as he begins his world-spanning journey to learn the skills needed to become a champion.

Rurouni Kenshin - Kenshin struggles to master the ultimate technique of Hiten-Mitsurugi Ryu, which he will need if he is ever going to defeat Shishio. His master, Seijuro Hiko, tells Kenshin that he cannot master the technique as he is, because he is missing something. Seijuro gives him a night to meditate upon it, but Kenshin still does not understand. As they face off in a duel to the death, as is the tradition in Hiten-Mitsurugi Ryu, Kenshin has a moment of enlightenment and finally understands what is stopping him from reaching his ultimate potential.

Rurouni Kenshin - The final showdown between Shishio and Kenshin's group. One by one, every single hero falls before Shishio. Who can stop him now? Kenshin gets up again, his eyes blank. He's going on nothing but instinct and sheer will power. The wind and leaves begin to resonate with Kenshin's "swordsman's spirit" as they begin to swirl around the battlefield, and snapping as they tear apart. The stage is set for the final duel, one of epic proportions.

Cowboy Bebop, final episode: Spike explains to Faye why he has to go face Vicious, no matter what happens.

Rurouni Kenshin - The battle between Kenshin and Cho, the sword hunter. Although Kenshin's reverse-blade sword has been shattered, he does not hesitate to face the bad guy. With some brilliant fighting, Kenshin fends Cho off, for a time, with just his scabbard. It's long enough for one of Kenshin's allies to get a sword and toss it to him. But now Kenshin faces the decision of his life. Without his reverse-blade sword, Kenshin will have to kill Cho to stop him. He has sworn to never kill again, because to do so would mean that all his time as a wanderer was just an illusion, and that underneath it all, he is a killer, and that will never change (kind of like an alcoholic who has been sober for years being forced to drink again). But he can't just stand by and let the bad guy slaughter innocents. Heroes in cartoons risk their lives time after time to save innocents, but now Kenshin risks something far more valuable: his redemption, his very soul.

Samurai Champloo. So many to count...but probably the beginning that's sung.

(Btw the one with the Crocs near the Hotel, that's Tazmania, not sure which Ep though.)

JL, the second half of Twilight, the greasy smear comment.

JLU: Diana's out for the day and then beats up some bad guys. One tries to toss his gun at her and she's like "Oh yeah. Like THAT'S going to work."

Megas XLR, Terminate Her. Coop headbanging as he tosses/beats up Glorft mechs. Killer.
