I enjoyed the Hellsing Anime theme, it wasn't moody or anything but it was kind of strange so it fit at least to me. and it was pretty catchy, I'd hum it for hours after watching an ep.

The first one that pops into my head is the theme for Freaks & Geeks-"Bad Reputation" by Joan Jett & the Blackhearts. Not an original theme, but I love the song. I guess I'm just a punk at heart. I also really likethe Angel theme, which seems to be quite popular here.
