Festival of Halina (Orsal Judging)

Betrayed by a rabbit? How ironic, Oirhandir thought.

Seeing that his music was having the desired effect on the little band, the bard returned his mallet and chimes to his pack. The elf slid his bow from his shoulder with one hand, and as soon as it cleared the elbow, reached back with the other to draw an arrow.

At this point, Oirhandir's biggest concern was that this fight would be over before he was able to make his contribution.

[As Sunny is moving into positon/mowing down wanna-be bandits, he looks over his shoulder and shouts to Oirhandir]

"Oirhandir! If you would, keep an eye on that rabbit! When we are done here, our appetites might be slightly whetted, in which case rabbit stew would taste divine..."

*With nothing better to do now that the bushes have proved to be safe, Lasair takes a step over to get a good shot at the #4 bandit who doesn't have any cover from her allies.*

[OOC: +0 to hit, *sigh*]

*hey, she's a lover, not a fighter...*

*Yes, and she would have much rather used Charm on Phineas than fight. :( If she lives to level 3, I will take the offensive power Swarm of Crystals, but until then, she is a social character first and foremost. Zaeryl is my bruiser :)*

Oirhandir laughed as he drew his bow and replied, "Sunny, I'm sure it would, but that's exactly what the wolf is thinking!"

OOC: They reacted when you called ambush, thinking you were on to them. Otherwise, you would have had some time. There will be other opertunities to be social, trust me.

*Next time, then, I will need to be more explicit. Lasair was speaking very flatly. "There are others in the bushes. An ambush." I figured I was just talking to Elise, and I can't believe they heard that. I'd have put in an !!! or two if she was shouting ;) ::Sigh:: I'll write more description next time*

OOC: My bad. They did roll well on listen though (Made a DC 20 check), so don't feel too bad. Maybe you'll find that Talc of Powder Preservation here ;)

Troi - Init 10, AC 18, HP 26/26, Wpn: Whip +6 (1d4+2), Shortsword +6 (1d6+1)

OoC: I was wondering if you wanted us to roll our own or not, so I went ahead and did anyway just in case. I don't really mind how you do it.

Troi considers his predicament. He takes another stab at Phineus (Part of full-round action; Atk +6, Dmg 1d6+1), takes a quick step away from his opponents (5 ft step up and left), and lashes at Bandit 3 with his whip (End of full-round action; Atk +6, Dmg 1d4+2).

Alternate Tactics: If Phineus moves, Troi will instead stab Bandit 3 (or Bandit 4 if Bandit 3 is down) with his sword, 5 ft step towards Phineus into a square that won't provoke an AoO from anyone from using a whip, and attack Bandit 4 (or Bandit 3 if Bandit 4 is down) with his whip.
