If we get 5 votes, I'll put an extra two votes in for the Scarecrow. There's a real lack of options in the current 4e MM for lower-level constructs. A flesh golem is just a little too buff for my current campaigns...

Nope, but I do believe they were mentioned in the FRCG, along with some other FF creatures, such as the kenku and thoqqua.

as for the stunjelly aka living wall, i did actually picture the FF's stunjelly in my head and wondered if that might not be another name for it.

I forgot that the living wall had been renamed Stunjelly for the fiend folio. mea culpa!

For instance, the qullan became the foulspawn berserker. The designed version floated around for a bit and then found a home in the foulspawn entry. I'd still like to do a version that keeps the original name and flavor.

You should definitely do that; qullans need more love
