Saving throws for all classes but the savage are being removed, since there are so few things in the system that require them (and the DCs are generally fairly low), it is a sore point for balancing reasons. (CHA saves are nonexistent, DEX saves are constant).

The savage will retain proficiency in all saving throws as a sign of their general resiliency. At this time another class might have listed saves, if it does, it is an error.

or here on enworld:

Version: 0.7
5/2/17
Notes
• Added 5e compatibility logo to cover
• New format closer to 5e core books
• Human stat bonus limited slightly
• Synthetic ‘Well made’ feature changed to a static amount of bonus HP per level for flavor and mechanical reasons.
• Synthetic charging requirements clarified
• Soldier Marine specialization now grants an additional combat focus at fourth level
• Soldier Heavy Gunner increases their DCs by 2 rather than 1, and deal weapon specific damage dice at level 10
• Officer Leadership ability rebalanced
• Savage class rebalanced to put them on a more competitive footing with other classes. (combat focus moved to first level, savage defense moved to second level, and new feature “Savage Ways” added for eighth level ability)
• Savage Warrior ‘Warcry’ rebalanced to be more inline with hunter and oathsworn core abilities.
• Civilian Fortunate One’s ‘Nine Lives’ feature rebalanced.
• Two new Civilian archetypes added, Survivor and Team Player.
• Military background expanded with other training specialty options.
• Combat focus feat clarified to note it does not stack with the soldier and savage class feature.
• New feats added
• Eagle Eye feat rebalanced to extend range, not negate it.
• Sharpshooter feat rebalanced to reduce the effectiveness of cover, not negate it.
• Armor AC range rebalanced.
• Riot Gear renamed to Body Armor, and no longer automatically provides damage reduction, now provides more AC.
• Mass driver and Anti Armor Rifle tweaked for clarity and balance.
• Grenade rules updated and clarified.
• Archaic weapons enhanced for more interesting play.
• Combat robots escort ability is now less broad.
• Repair and Medic robots healing is now limited in a similar fashion to medkit and repair kit healing abilities.
• Robot modifications added
• Weapon modifications tweaked and reworded.
• New armor mods added, differentiating different armor sets
• New prototypes added
• Additional rules edited for clarity
• New Cover Rules added

I love what you've done with Archaic Weapons. Hafted weapons seem a little powerful (I'm not really certain on that) but I adore everything else.

Definitely like the new civilian specialties, although the art not so much. The entire thing feels a little goofy, not in terms of rules but art, which I find odd since when I think civilian I think Ripley.

Edit: I see now I misread Hafted.

Also, just wondering whether you have any Versatile Archaic Weapons in your games, since I don't see them.

In the past i have heard the same about bladed weapons, for the moment it is playing out at the table and seems fine. I use basically the same rules for a low fantasy game week in and week out. In the end if it is a bit too good, well, archaic weapons are not that stellar to begin with. (Pun intended)

As for the civilian art... I didn't take the class too seriously at first and just put it in for the people that seemed to want a character who wasn't an adventurer. I've tried to make it plausible, but my original tone has bled through in a lot of little whimsical ways.

And Ripley was totally the inspiration for the survivor, in a similar fashion the Robinson family was the inspiration for team player. You can go with a couple as the main character/partner, eldest kid as companion and then either the family dog or the baby (or a robot to warn them of danger) as mascot.

There is one notable error at the moment, the mass driver is showing as one handed. Total goof on my part, and high on my to-do list.

Yeah, I totally misread Hafted and freaked out, so don't worry about that.

I honestly think changing up the art for the Civilian subclasses would solve the problem, but that might just be a personal gripe. The one piece I would really recommend changing is Survivor, since I game with a few women who don't mind pin-up girls and fanservice, but would still find the current art uncomfortable.

I'm also rather in love with Savage Ways. I really like the idea of a primitive knight modifying his armour with modern alloys and technology to give him greater protection and allow him to space walk.

I selected the art for survivor very carefully. Sure, the female character is sexily dressed, but she isn't just a schoolgirl being ravaged by tentacle monsters, she isn't being a victim either, look at her face. She's a confident grown woman fighting a monster with everything she has at hand, and it doesn't look like she is losing. It isn't the most serious piece, and deviates from the overall tone, but I think it is neither sexist, nor exploitative.
I'll put it on my consideration list though, I want the project to be as accessible as possible, and don't want anyone to be uncomfortable. Except for those filthy, deviant, robosexuals of course. ;)

Savage was another class I wasn't sure about and has underwent a lot of revisions. The last pass giving Dr earlier has helped a lot at the table, and Savage ways helps a lotto define a character at higher levels.

My only fear is that killamajig is too good. I am considering changing it to all weapons instead of weapons and armor.
