Fighter/Monk Questions =)

First Post
Hello good people! I've got a few questions, I'll try to lay them out as best I can.

First a few general questions:

1)How does a Fighter/Monk and his skills interact with the gauntlet and ward cestus? I've seen this debated on Wizard's site, but no definitive answer. They list as 'Unarmed attacks'. This is what I figure:

The gauntlet is a weapon, therefore it would not function with the flurry of blows, but would convey the monk's unarmed damage. Thoughts?

2) Can a monk with his hands full (say, with a scimitar) use flurry of blows with his feet, elbows, etc., as long as he/she doesn't use a non-monk weapon as part of the flurry?

3) Related to question 1: Is a gauntlet enchanted as a weapon or as armor, and would said enhancements work in conjunction with an unarmed attack when using the fist that is inside said gauntlet.

Now, on to question 4 (which may or may not need the character's levels/feat list (below)

Human Ftr:4/Mnk:2/Kensai:2
Feats: power attack, dodge, defensive throw, combat expert, improved trip, weapon focus: scimitar, (combat reflexes), two weapon fighting, (stunning fist), (Improved unarmed Strike)
I will admit right off, the feat selection is more for flavor rather than overpowering ;) Anyway!

4) I've read that two weapon fighting works in conjuction with flurry of blows. What would the attack progression for a monk with nothing in either hand using TWF and Flurry be? (Using the above character level and assuming stats of all 10's (for simplicity sake) I have: 2/2/2/1

5) Can a monk who is not using his fists perform a flurry of blows + two weapon fighting?

And last (I think! hehe sorry)

6) Does anyone know of any riposte feat or feat that allows you to select two dodge opponents?

Thanks so much for your thoughts!

TWF and Flurry of blows do not function together.

There is no such thing as an off-hand attack for a monk striking unarmed.
Two weapon fighting requires an off-hand, which you do not have.

No. Obviously No.

PsiHB 3.0, has Psionic Dodge.
Net Book of Feats may have something similar.

It's not that obvious that a monk using two monk weapons (nunchaku, kama, etc.) can't flurry and use TWF simultaneously ... There's certainly nothing preventing it in the letter of the rules (in 3.5), and several WOTC responses have supported it. I'm doing some playtesting right now to see how that balances ...

the gauntlet is not a monk weapon you cannot use flurry or unarmed strikes.

No. you lose one attack at max bonus for wield a scimitar.

You don't use only that fist your unarmed strikes use all of your body(knees, fists, elbows, head,...)

5) Can a monk who is not using his fists perform a flurry of blows + two weapon fighting?

you don't have off-hand to use TWF

Psionic dodge.

Well except for the passage that prevents unarmed strikes and TWF, and the fact that Str bonus is carried straight over during a flurry but not during TWF.

Flurry of blows does not concern itself with which attack is which, the weapons can be freely interchanged as the player desires.

TWF has very strict limitations on the order of which weapon, which gets str bonus and which only gets ½ str bonus, to damage.
