I was just wondering if I could get a quick answer to a simple question: Is Fireborn D20 or OGL? If not how hard would it be to port it over to D20 Modern?

Fireborn is its own game, neither d20 or OGL. It uses a Dynamic d6 game system that really brings the feel of the game and the dynamics of the game world to life. You could port over the concepts of the dual-age campaign setting and use d20 Modern as a base rules system for it, but (and this is only my own opinion), that's like trying to say your playing D&D using Rifts.

Fireborn truly stands out with its own system and is a really kick-butt game.

I mean, who hasn't wanted to play a modern age person who is a reincarnated dragon in human form and then also play a dragon in a fantasy mythic age of ancient times from long ago.
