Back when the OTT was still inhabited, Florida was a running gag. Somehow, it was the dumbess place in the US, with all sort of wacky people doing uniquely stupid stuff.

This guy, who tried to eat a credit card receipt because he was using forged cards, is a example of Florida's more "creative" individuals.
