For those that drink, what's your poison of choice?

Worthington's Creamflow is my primary drink, although I'll also drink red wine (preferably italian) with a meal, and brandy (preferably Remy or Hennessy XO) after it.
Right on with the Italian wine. I've heard people say that in wine "all roads lead to the big B's" and they generally mean Bordeaux and Burgundy, but I'll take Barolo and Brunello anytime.

When I'm not drinking wine, it's beer, probably Guinness.

Guinness in particular, stouts in general. If I can see through it, it doesn't count as beer. although Negro Modelo is nice in the summer.

I'm also partial to rum and tequila in small quantities. Mojitos and steak are a summer tradition with my friends and I.

I am a certified beer snob. Beer is my favorite form of alcohol and I am fairly particular about what I prefer to drink.

My current favorite is Alderis Porteris from Latvia. Great porter style beer. Hard to get though. Fortunately, living in the DC area I can always go to The Brickskeller, which has the world's finest beer selection.

Other favorites include: Guiness on draft in Ireland (trust me, it's significantly better there), Murphy's Irish Stout, various Weissbieren aus Deutschland. I think it's Erdinger that I like, but I can never remember. Ur Pils from the Saarland for old times sake. Sam Adams is my favorite American beer and easy to get. Finish off with Newcastle Brown Ale and just about anything from Big Rock, my favorite Canadian brewery.

I could probably go on, but I'll leave it there. :D

Newcastle, or a Chimay in the correct kind of glass when I can get either one.

As for hard liquor, I'm a big ol' rummy, especially Rum & Cokes. Although I have been known to indulge in the White Russian too. Is it just me or did it's currency skyrocket when The Big Lebowski came out?

I'll go with beer, with my beer of choice being a Texas brew called Shiner Bock. Can't stand most mainstream beers, and most of the imports I've tried have come from across the border, Mexico.

As to a hard liquor, its usually rum and coke.

Do you make 'em with powdered non-dairy creamer, too?

I'm really partial to dark aged rums, but the stuff is too expensive for me to actually name a brand. If it's old and dark enough to cling to the lip of the glass as you rotate it then it's usually exquisite. However, at sometimes thousands of dollars a bottle I'm not sure if I'd want to say that's the only thing I'd could drink unless it came for free. :D

For beer I'd probably stick with Dixie Blackened Voodoo, if only because I think I'd cry if I couldn't drink it ever again. To be honest though, I'm usually more often drinking pilsners of some sort because they don't fill me up as much. DBV is the only beer I actually get cravings for though.

I'm killing myself on coffee, sometimes 8 cups in one day. I like my lager when I'm watching the rugby & lately I've taken to Chardonnay at parties. If I'm going to drink spirits I'll pick gin, brandy or tequila; always mixed. The other week I bought a bottle of green ginger wine, which was very nice thank you very much.

Harp and Guinness? Intriguing.

Beer's my favourite, I'll drink pretty much any variety if pressed, though I do have a few favourites. Anything out of the Coopers brewery is good, in particular the Sparkling Ale. Likewise, anything from Monteith's range, especially the Black. I've also had a lot of good beers from microbreweries, but I tend to forget their names after overindulging....
