For those that drink, what's your poison of choice?

To follow-up on this thread by der_kluge:

For those of you who drink, if you only had one choice of alcoholic drink to have for the rest of your life, what would it be? If it's beer or wine, what type of beer or wine?

For me, I'd choose a White Russian. There's nothing finer than the mix of vodka, Kahlua, and milk.

Guinness is my first love, although I have been cheating on her with Smythick's Ale (finally available in the US in liquor stores...hooray). I do drink wine on occassion, usually a hearty red with beef...not much of a fan of whites, although I do like a good Riesling now and again. Not a big fan of mixed drinks...my favorite being Bacardi and coke. Once every decade I get completely sh***y on tropical fru-fru drinks (daquiris and the like), just to get in touch with my feminine side.

A nice red Bordeaux or Medoc. It should be a good one, though .

As I said in the other thread, my favorites include red ales, white russians, and red wines.

The Belvadere: Shake 1-1/2 oz. Belvedere Vodka, 1/2 oz. Toschi Lemoncello, 1/4 oz. Disaronno Amaretto, 1 oz. fresh Sweet 'n Sour and juice of half a lime. Strain into an 8 oz. cocktail glass with cinnamon-sugar on the rim. Garnish with an orange twist.

It's an expensive drink, but if it's all I'll ever be able to drink it would be worth it. Various vodka martinis come close.
