Well I convienently had a dentist appointment near the gaming store in my area. Fable was due in at 4 pm today Demonstone by noon. I could still get a "presell" to guarantee getting Fable, and given the mob that was assembling, a presell was the onlu guaranteed way to get Fable.

So I buckled and got Fable.

As I waited for the game to arrive, I did play the Demonstone demo, which looks great. It looks better than a PS2 game has a right to. Ill probably get the xbox version when it comes out, tho I have controler issues with the xbox.

Just one SMALL request...I don't want to hear NO spoilers, (besides what is out already) reason, a friend of mine told of the 'cheats' done for Dungeon Heroes...which soured my taste for the game greatly.

And oh, Fable too...I will be getting it, next month, due to money belt squeeze...:o , Hand of Evil...don't you dare poke me with tibits.;)

Control issues, wow...I thought PS2 were worse from day one.

Well, I'm still trying to find a place to rent it at (neither one of the two Blockbuster Videos in my local area have gotten it in yet), but the most of the gaming pages seem to be giving it a scores between 7 and 8 out of 10. So it sounds like a good enough game, but not a classic. I still plan on playing it, though (and perhaps buying it for PC when that version comes out in November).

How far are people getting with this? I blazed through the first two chapters, then I must admit, I stumbled on the third a few times until I realized the secret. I haven't had much time to put into it so far (about 2 hours), but I love the game.
