Free Map Tiles (Requests Wanted)

TogaMario

First Post
I started making dnd map tiles for the fun of it the other night, and i have a few done (hall-ways with door ways, corner turn hall-ways, and the decoration tiles seen below) I would be happy to try and accomodate any suggestions for what all to add to make it "complete". I may want to do a larger one with varying themes for sale (high resolution 300 dpi and all, instead of the 72dpi ones you see here) Tell me what ya think, and I'll post more as I make them.

Interesting. Looks good. As per requests how about a wooden table and som chairs to go with it. Some sarcophagi of different shapes and sizes, desks, bookshelves, train tracks and whatever else you might be able to think of!

Ah... requests....

How about...

- walls and doors?
- maybe some different material floors - like white marble, or red granite, or something
- torches in wall sconces (with lighting effects), or perhaps a lit brazier

let's see the corridors you did!

A flight of fancy ...

Maybe I should just try to make a program that let's you drop these tiles down, save and print maps out. But then, they have programs for that, right?

I'm a sucker for this kind of think (so my opinion's probably a bit biased), but those look pretty darn cool :)

Yeah, I think there are a few applications out there for this kind of thing (some for sale & some for free), but I myself kinda like printing out things like this and be able to drop things like a small barrel tile on top of a room tile (and be able remove or move the barrel as needed - rather than having it all pre-printed on the same tile). The obvious drawback to this method is that one sneeze at the game table can totally reorganise the dungeon :(

And for a request... how about stairs up & down (maybe spiral & straight versions).

Looking good, T! If you're into more ambitious projects, how about tiles with elements from "interesting" battle sites? Stone ledges, rope bridges, volcanic rims, sewers, etc.

Ed Bourelle from Skeleton Key Games made an industry out of this stuff - the trick is to find something he hasn't yet offered. :) Warning: That's harder than it sounds. :D

Random Corpses?
Small/Medium/Large Trasure Chests and Piles?
a small round room?
4 tile medium round room?
9 tile larger round room?
