With my Mum and other relatives that don't play RPG usually scrabble, backgammon, or some card games.
With the other gamers the old GW Judge Dread boardgame which is great. Munchkin, Chez Geek, Football Strategy, Baseball Strategy, Up Front, Squad Leader, some of the old Metagaming microgames (mainly Ogre and Black Hole).
