Games You Have But Have Never played

I used to have a lot of these games, but since I started my "If it hasn't been played or read in more than a year, it gets sold!" policy, I have far less 'junk' littering my shelves. Right now, unplayed games I own include:

  • Broadsword
  • Blood
  • Danse Macabre
  • Donjon
  • Legends of Steel (BoL Edition)
  • The Shadow Project
  • Sorcerer

I'm sure that there are more, but they escape me at the moment. And most of the games above are only still on my shelf because they're printed and bound PDFs (so I really can't sell them).

Haha, I purchased the old Dr. Who FASA RPG over a decade ago and the most I've done with it is read through the rules with a friend of mine before putting it in the attic for, likely, the rest of time. ;)

Wow... not that many by comparison.

  • WHFRP: Bought it used for cheap, but after my group's recent displeasure with Dark Heresy, probably won't get to play it anytime soon.
  • Darwin's World
  • d20 Modern
  • Trailblazer, though I have a game of that in the works for this weekend if all goes well.

I purchased the West End D6 Star Wars Role-Playing Game in 1995. Still haven't used it, and I own very few RPG products that could possibly take attention away from it.

What's wrong with you? You're supposed leave unplayed RPG products on a big shelf that you pass by frequently so they can stare at you accusingly or forlornly (depending on their mood).

Does Monte Cook's Book of Experimental Might count as a system?

D&D 4e
Mutants and Masterminds 2e
D20 Modern
Grim Tales
MC's Arcana Unearthed
MC's Arcana Evolved
7 Seas
Gangbusters
Gamma World 3e
D&D Original Edition Collector's Boxset

And does this count? I played Toon before I owned the rules. Then years later bought the rulebook yet haven't played it using that book.

If it does, add "Traveller" to my list of "have but don't play", I only listed those I have and have never played.

Going by some of these lists, I'm a rank amateur at hoarding games.

I make up for it by being a World-Class Exemplar in hoarding other crap...

Thanks to garage sales and a trip to Half Price Books, my list is huge.

GURPS Second Edition with a Supers, Werewolf and Grimwoir sourcebook
WEGs d6 Adventure, Fantasy & Space, as well as Star Wars 1st Edition
Serenity
Shadowrun 3rd Edition
Babylon 5
Technically, AD&D 2nd Edition
L5R 2nd Edition.

I also have some Warhammer 40k stuff that my mom got me at a garage sale and no minis to go with it (Not planning on getting any, either. Just like the fluff)
