Games you want to play but haven't

Ars Magica - I've been wanting to try this one out for some time, but it really needs a good DM and players

Dresden Files RPG - Just got this in, and I'm still reading it, but it's high on my list to try.

Legend of the Five Rings - I picked up the Free RPG Day adventure for L5R 4e, and I'm planning to pick up the game itself sometime soon. I'm a big fan of samurai films, and a fantasy samurai game sounds like a lot of fun to me.

Mouse Guard - I enjoyed the comics. I've read the Burning Wheel books, but the system was too involved for me. I've heard this one uses a simpler version of the same system.

Mutant City Blues - Detectives in a world where people have superpowers. I like the conceit that powers come in groups, so that you can figure out if there is likely more than one suspect involved. I also like the concept of cops (who may or may not have superpowers) in a world with superpowered beings.

Spirit of the Century - I'm a fan of the pulp superhero genre, but haven't had a chance to play it yet.

Supernatural RPG - Loved the TV series, I'd like to try the game out sometime.

For a really, really long time I've wanted to play Champions. Back in the day I had several friends that played it, and they always wanted me to join, but it never worked out for scheduling purposes.

Mine...

1. FASA's Star Trek the Roleplaying Game. Only ever rolled up some Klingon PCs, never played, but did buy too many of the starship minis.
2. MERP. I did mine the modules for AD&D.
3. GURPS Conan or MGP Conan.
4. Thieves World d20.
5. Dragonquest (SPI/TSR). Played a few sessions, but never enough.

While not a RPG game, I'd always wanted to mix up all of the possible Munchkin card game sets and see how a massive game of that would entire. Plus, I've always wanted to play Killer Bunnies and the Quest for the Holy Carrot. Or something like that.

GURPS and Serenity.

And the Dresden Files RPG sounds interesting.

Would like to try Space 1889 and the old Doctor Who game - rolled up characters for both years ago but never got around to playing either.
