I would still gain epic feats at 21st level and every 3 levels after that I would assume as well as per acquiring epics feats description states yes?

now if that is a yes.... if I continue to gain fighter levels.... and I keep getting extra feats in doing so as per the class.... can I take epic feats with those feats given to me by a non-epic class level such as a fighters bonus feats?

You mean can you take Epic Fighter Bonus Feats in addition to the other Epic Feats you get every three levels? Presuming you keep leveling Fighter, then yes.

kinda... what I meant was.... lets say for example I get to 22nd level 10barbarian/12fighter and 12th level fighter I get a bonus feat as per the class... can I take an epic feat for that fighter class feat?... or does it have to be a non-epic feat?

Yes, it can be an Epic Fighter Bonus Feat, as per the list I just linked you to. You're Epic, and assuming you qualify in all other respects, you have the right to take said feat.

Any class features that increase or accumulate as part of a repeated pattern also continues to increase or accumulate after 20th level at the same rate. An exception to this rule is any bonus feat granted as a class feature. If a character gets bonus feats as part of a class feature, these do not increase with epic levels. Instead, these classes get bonus feats at a different rate (described in each epic class description).

Actually from what this says.... if I gather it in my mind correctly I would cease to gain regular fighter feats and start gaining them from the epic fighter progression chart (which happen to be the same damned thing so there you go LOL).... seems like a simple thing to me... maybe this epic stuff would make more sense if I READ things more carefully LOL

Would you consider making an exception on the crafted non-core rule for one item? Bearing in mind that the warlock came out in Complete Arcane, so by default no warlock-themed items will ever be core. The Rod of Eldritch Power, in Complete Mage, is a magic rod that can "store" a blast invocation for the warlock's use in it. Each rod has a unique invocation built into it, and while the rod is wielded, the warlock can use that invocation as if it was one selected normally.
I may be interpreting this incorrectly, but I think Jemal just said nothing could be crafted using the chart. That would still leave items in the Complete books as craftable.

Here is some info for you Jemal:
[sblock=Paragnostic Assembly Info]
PARAGNOSTIC ASSEMBLY:

The Paragnostic Assembly is sometimes described as a group of religious fanatics with a scholarly bent, and sometimes as an association of knowledge-seekers with faint religious overtones, depending on who you ask. In truth, this organization's members are scholars, as faithful as they are educated and as knowledgeable as they are zealous. They whole-heartedly believe that knowledge is the ultimate prize and the ultimate power—beyond riches, beyond magic, beyond the gods themselves.

JOINING THE PARAGNOSTIC ASSEMBLY
Those who are already devoted to knowledge or to understanding
the multiverse most commonly petition for entrance to the Paragnostic Assembly. Such classes include clerics, wizards, archivists™, and the more studious bards and psions. However, members of many other classes, including sorcerers, rogues, and warlocks, make up a significant minority. Even druids, monks, and the occasional canny fighter can be found in the organization's ranks.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Skills: Any two Knowledge skills, 3 ranks each.
Special: Intelligence 13 or Wisdom 13.

PLAYING A PARAGNOSTIC ASSEMBLY MEMBER
You are a devoted student—indeed, a worshiper of knowledge. No pursuit is more important than learning new information, clarifying little-understood topics, or rediscovering old secrets. You appreciate the power that knowledge brings, but the search is its own reward. You might use your learning to help others, or you might hoard lore, using it only to empower yourself and your comrades. You never miss an opportunity to display your erudition, which makes you seem arrogant or condescending to others, but you're simply taking advantage of what you know.[/sblock]

You mean would your Monk's Unarmed Attack Damage increase at Epic Levels? I'm afraid not. There are, however, alternitives to that (which I think I posted elsewhere) such as Snap Kick and Rapid Blitz from Tome of Battle: Book of Nine Swords. You'd need to get an approval for that, mind you, but Snap Kick would grant you an additional attack per round at the expense of -2 to all your other attacks that round, and Rapid Blitz gives you an extra +1d6 Damage per attack in the First Round of Combat.

I think he meant what would Improved Natural Attack increase his monk unarmed damage to...

The damage tables don't include 2d10.

Going by average results, I'd say probably 4d6.

2d10 averages to 11. 4d6 averages to 14. It seems about the right amount of "kickup" for the feat.

RE: Fighter feats - The bonuses from lvl 12-20 are bonus nonepic feats. Once you hit 22 in Fighter Class levels, it starts granting bonus epic feats. You would still get the normal epic feat at Character level 21, 24, etc.

Onlythestrong - Shayuri's got it: 4d6, then 6d6,8d6,12d6 if you took it that far.

Shayuri - OY, you hit me in my weak spot, That's a complaint I always have about Warlock too, but I don't want to start making exceptions...
How about this, I'll allow you to make it with the wondrous item feat at X1.5 cost. It'll still function the same (Needs to be held in one hand), but will count as a wondrous item.

Rathan - By Unique I mean something that isn't just taken off a chart to give a buff@will or straight bonus to skill/stat/etc. Ring of the Ram, bag of holding, Intelligent Items, most of the gear in non-core sources are examples of 'unique' items, I suppose. Or something you want to make up that you think would be interesting.
I much prefer items crafted for flavour/coolness/etc than those crafted to buff.
