Prof. Emeritus-Supernatural Events/Countermeasure
"We could sure use a source of knowledge on the subject to research it." says Gerard with a sly grin, looking at wade.

Binder Fred

3 rings to bind them all!
"So be it" Braham says. "Elysium should be the last. I don't want to risk shaking that one loose, then failing elsewhere."
"Maybe we'll want a rest after this first one," says Ur with the merest upward twist of bearded lips: he's thinking none of the three pieces can likely be grabbed all that easily. At the very least they'll be Judged by the powers of Good guarding the third piece... May be indeed better to have two fragments by then then.

Jemal

Adventurer
Between the Raven and Wade, you know the basics of the place..
Also Raven's pretty sure he knows how to find a way to travel there.. but it'll mean dealing with an Illithid who's set up shop in the Bazaar..

Ignore any specific references to the forgotten realms.
Also keep in mind no known mortal has ever actually returned from there (sane), so everything's pretty much hearsay.

"That sounds, *coughy* pleasant, making acquaintances with something that could eat our brains to take us to a place that could cause us to lose our minds."

Voda Vosa

First Post
"Ah master, finally somewhere where you will be entirely safe." the chain chimes in with a joke. The ogre does nothing but roll his eyes.

Shayuri

"We'll need to find a way to protect ourselves," Mei-Ying says. "Maybe we can find others who have been there, without being driven mad by the experience."

Binder Fred

3 rings to bind them all!
"Madness, aberrations, soupy air and rivers of milk, check." And something about layers of parchments Ur didn't quite get... "What do we seek there and how do we find it?"

<Response Wade?>

"We'll need to find a way to protect ourselves," Mei-Ying says. "Maybe we can find others who have been there, without being driven mad by the experience."
"The brain-eater himself?" suggests Ur.

OOC: How late is it in the day, Jemal? i.e. do we have time to see the illithid today or would tomorrow be better?
