So, heres my question > should Gargoyles be a Monstrous Humanoid (as stated in the MM) or should they be a Living Construct ??

Just somethings that bugs me > thoughts on it??

Either, really. The way D&D has traditionally portrayed them, monstrous humanoid is probably the better choice. Looking at real world mythology and literature, construct might make the most sense.

sorry this took me so long to reply.

I didn't clarify, but thats what i was getting at. In real life, gargoyles were, for all purposes, animated objects with guardian duties.

So, on thats basis, anyone want to stat this bad boy up as a living construct??
