Let me post back to this tomorrow. I'll find out just how much room we have, and the hotel does have some rather nice meeting rooms, but my only concern is that the rates are too high.
Most hotels charge ridiculous rates for meeting space!
We have a suite adjoining the Convention Centre which we are naming 'little Canadia'.
We'll be doing a quiet hang-out there with some gaming too. Hopefully we'll have Guardians of Order and Red Shirt Games co-hosting a few evenings of entertainment @ little Canadia, along with a few games of Munchkin and so on.
As well as a chance for them crazy Americans to discover what Poutine and Canadian beer tastes like!

Yup, FieryJames, FieryTodd, and myFieryself will be there, all fiery like, on Wed. morning. Still haven't made any solid plans, so I'll have to talk to the boyos -- (ooh, they're Fiery) -- and see wassup.
We'll be arriving sometime Wednesday afternoon, and once we pick up our event tix, we may be up for some gaming, probably board or card games. I don't know if I'll be up for RPGs after 9 hours in the car.
I'm arriving early on Wednesday, should have booth set up by Wednesday afternoon, and be looking for something to do... poutine you say? What is this poutine?
I'll be in on Tuesday and up for a game Wednesday night. Is this group getting too large yet? Maybe we could schedule it either before or after Hellhound is going to buy me that beer.
