GENCON: Where are you staying?

Hey, we got die_kluge and Rel in our corner. Our hotel can kick your hotels ass.
I mean, we are the BEST WESTERN, you guys are just some Embassy Suites. We got 6-guns and horses, what do you have? :p

Ah, but with an embassy, we can get all politcal 'n' stuff. Maybe we'll embargo the BW, affected it trade, mess with its ecomony.

Horse this! :p

Fiery Dragon is staying at the Hyatt again this year. Last year, they opened up their second floor restaurant after hours to give us more room for gaming -- they even carried in spare lamps when they couldn't get all of the lights on. Plus one of the hotel dudes carried boxes for us from storage to our booth. We were really impressed with the hotel last year.

I'm staying at the Days Inn Downtown. I got the room yesterday on Expedia. There's free parking and free continental breakfast. I stayed there last year. Its about 5 blocks from the convention center. I didn't mind the walk in the morning.

Hah! I'm glad the famous people at my table attracted your attention. One of these days I hope that people will look over at my table and say "Hey, isn't that the guy that embarasses himself at the ENnies every year?" instead. I've just got a forgettable face, I guess. :D Well, perhaps this year I'll actually get to meet some of the ENWorld folk. With the exception of Crothian and HellHound I've managed to avoid spending any actual time with anyone from this place. :\ Damn busy schedule. This year will be all kinds of laid back.
Hey - we talked for a bit last year!

Anyway, as Xath has noted, we will be all over the Westin. Huzzah!

Yep. Gary will be there once again. We've also got Christopher West and his family staying with us again this year.

True -- but I consider you guys friends through Greg and Kat. I'm sure I have met other ENWorlders, but unfortunately I haven't had nearly as much time to spend getting to know them as I would have liked.

Anyone with considerable dough should try the Canterbury Hotel, just south of the Circle. And dine at St. Elmo's Steak House. Best in the Midwest IMO. I'm envious of you gencon-ers.
