It's not in the SRD, so it wouldn't be available regardless unless it were proposed and approved.

And, of course, to propose it, you'd have to rewrite it as to not infringe.orsal said:It's not in the SRD, so it wouldn't be available regardless unless it were proposed and approved.
1) Yes, the listed prerequisite is Natural Weapon, and you do have one from the power. You lost the feat's effect when the power is not active, and you certainly don't care.IcyCool said:I've got a couple of rules questions for you folks. I've been considering a psychic warrior character, should one of my current characters get themselves perished.
1. Can a Psychic warrior character with the Claws of the Beast power take the Improved Natural Attack (Claws) feat? (Which he would only be able to use when he has Claws manifested, or when he happens to have a claw attack).
2. Can a Psychic warrior character with the Claws of the Beast power and the Bite of the Wolf power take the Multiattack feat? If so, would this feat only work when he had both his Claws of the Beast power and his Bite of the Wolf power manifested?
3. If a Psychic warrior character has both Claws of the Beast and Bite of the Wolf manifested, are all three primary natural weapons? If not, does the Psychic warrior get to choose which are primary and which are secondary? Can he change this choice?
Thanks in advance folks.
1) I'd say no, as it's a natural ability, not a enhanced ability the feat augments.
Ahh, I never cared for that interpretation, but if it's RAW, then it's acceptable.Rystil Arden said:I disagree because, unlike PrCs, feats can be entered via enhanced abilities. Witness the Fighter with 10 Strength and a Belt of Strength +4 who takes Power Attack and loses it without the belt.
