Ghostly dragons?

When a dragon becomes a ghost, what happens to its speed?

For example, if it has "50 ft, fly 150 ft (clumsy)", would that become "50 ft, fly 150 ft (perfect)" or "50 ft, fly 150 ft (clumsy), fly 30 ft (perfect)"?

Edit: Does anyone have and example of a ghost dragon from WotC? I'd love some official backup on this. It's not that I don't know what to do (fly 150 ft (perfect) IMC), but I want to make *sure* it's right.

Assuming the SRD is accurate:

Speed: Ghosts have a fly speed of 30 feet, unless the base creature has a higher fly speed, with perfect maneuverability.
They get the higher speed with perfect maneuverability. Very, very nasty critters, these.

MM p212 would be the first source.
Next sourse is the Mons. Comp. which lists Ghost Dragons specifically, though its mostly things like a new breath weapon and suggested abilities.
