Githzerai and Githyanki

Have the at will abilities of Githzerai and Githyanki been changed to 3/day?.

nothing in the errata ...

but the errata does give the option (which was suppossed to be in the PsiHb) that special abilities should be 3x/day ... and did say that if a creature was to be a PC then the 3x/day should be enforced.

... goes for attk/defense modes too. You can swap attk mode uses for other attk modes and same for defense.
