Hisses body goes limp as it dangles on the end of the javelin.

Knagh shakes the limp body off the end of the javelin, then dramatically stomps on his head, playing to the crowd. The sound of the crushing skull is muted under the orc's victory roar and the obscene cheering of the bloodlusted audience.
