OOC: Neither quick reply nor edit seem to be working, but this is the updated Grid. Benedict and the lift have arrived to Level 3, the whole floor is traversable.

On Init 18 Justice steps to E8 and hits Bugbear #1 for 3 points. It pretends not to notice ;)

Benedict goes on Init 15, stepping up to try to trip Bugbear B2. The touch hits easily, Benedict's check is 14, which beats B2's 10:

resist trip (1d20+2=10)

B2 is now prone. The attack roll, given B2 is on the ground now, will hit, doing 10 points of damage. The wound is serious.

The Bugbears and Goblins go next at Init 6. B1 holds his ground and tries to strike back at Justice with his morning star.
B1 attacks Justice w/ Morningstar, attk and damage (1d20+5=15, 1d8+2=6)
However B1's weapon clangs off Justice's armor plating.

B2 attempts to strike Jezira from the ground.
B2 attacks Jezira while prone w/ morning star (1d20+1=13)
Jezira's armor easily deflects this blow.

Goblin G1 brandishes his shortbow but has no shot.

Goblin G2 climbs the back of the reading chair and gets off a shot at Benedict with his shortbow.
G2 fires small shortbow at Benedict, attack and damage (1d20+1=7, 1d4=1)
The arrow misses wildly.

Jezira is up.

Benedict sidesteps to have the goblin within reach (G10), so next time the goblin will try to shoot him, he will become a nice target. He then swings his chain at the prone bugbear.

[SBLOCK=OOC]Attack prone Bugbear (1d20+7=17, 2d4+6=11)

If the bugbear 2 is death by Benedict's initiative, he will move to E9 to attack bugbear 1.[/SBLOCK]

Justice stares the bugbear down. He then leads with his shield and brings his sword around in a sweeping motion, hoping to catch the creature by surprise.

[sblock=ooc] Attack B1 again. (1d20+5)=23 (1d8+2)=4 Again with the pathetic damage roll. :( [/sblock]
